We didn’t think we could be more excited about a food after the doughnut grilled cheese, but here we are. We were first in line at Wylie Dufresne’s new doughnut shop when it opened in April, but now there’s a very good reason to go back: breakfast grilled cheese.

Starting this week, Du's Donuts and Coffee is serving a breakfast sandwich that’s a combination of a grilled cheese and a BEC. The famed chef and molecular gastronomist is known for his unique twists on our favorite foods (See: the now-shutterd wd~50 and Alder), and this new offering is no different. It’s stuffed with American cheese, cream cheese, eggs and bacon—that’s not one but two kinds of cheese, in case you lost count.

The sandwich costs $4.75 and will be available Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 11:30am. If you sleep in, though, you can still go for the Brown Butter Key Lime or Pistachio Pink Lemonade doughnuts throughout the day.
