The FIFA World Cup 2026 has finally arrived! And so have the tourists.

Estimating that over a million U.S. and international futbol fans will be arriving in NYC to catch all the action, Mayor Zohran Mamdani launched a series of initiatives to showcase our great city, from a city-wide scavenger hunt to a massive lineup of fan zones and watch parties. But one of the best ways to truly get to know New York? Eating your way through our diverse food scene, of course.

Making it even easier and more affordable to do so, Mayor Mamdani, in partnership with the New York City Tourism + Conventions bureau, announced the Five Borough Winners Special. A citywide celebration, over 900 restaurants and bars across all five boroughs are offering discounted $26 food and drink deals ripe for game day. And that's not all, as even day cruises, distilleries and the NYC Ferry are giving out deals.
