Taste Orchard, the newest mall at Orchard Road is a mecca for food lovers. The mall, which has taken over the old OG, is the latest project by 987 DJ Germaine Leonara and her family, with the aim of creating a one-stop destination for food and entertainment.

Visitors can expect a live seafood station with premium seafood like Alaskan King Crab and oysters, a butchery counter equipped with dry-ageing chillers and over 40 premium meat cuts like the Tomahawk and Porterhouse, as well as a deli section for cheese and charcuterie lovers.

Located on the same floor, the FYI (Famous, Yummy, Irresistible) Kitchen is a new dining concept that brings together famous homegrown culinary brands all in one menu. Participating restaurants include Le Matin, Casa Vostra and The Feather Blade, which are offering select menu items from pastries, to pizzas and steak. The mall will also welcome new entrants like Kebuke Tea Co., a bubble tea outlet from Taiwan.

Other notable openings include the second outlet of BHC Chicken – the highly-raved Korean fried chicken store which debuted in Marina Square last year, as well as the second Warabimochi Kamakura store, following the launch of its first outlet at One Holland Village this month. The mall will also be home to Sushiro – the well-loved conveyor belt sushi restaurant, and Chirashi King Kong, known for serving reasonably priced chirashi bowls with its signature furikake truffle rice.

Check out Taste Orchard’s Instagram page and official website for updates and more information.

Taste Orchard is now open at 160 Orchard Road, daily from 8.30am-10.30pm.
