Three episodes of a new TV show will be filmed at Time Out Sydney's restaurant of the year this weekend. Happy Hour is the name of a pilot show that blends the worlds of comedy, science and booze, and filming takes place at Hubert on Sunday November 6

Comedians on the show will be asking why we sniff wine, what the science is behind 'the tongue map', and if you're a bit of a wanker if you swirl and sniff. Probably, yes.

The production company are looking for a live studio audience for each episode, and you could be one of those boozers responsible audience members in the background. They're charging $30 per person, which includes wine tastings before, during and after the show.

Filming takes place in Hubert's theatre space, which will become the location for the entire series. There are three sessions available: 12.30pm, 2.30pm and 4.30pm.

The studio audience will appear on camera, so remember to brush your hair. If you're lucky they may invite you to give an interview to camera (hello mum!)

Happy Hour Wine Show tickets can be bought online
