Music fans of Sydney, activate the group chat. In case your social media channels haven’t already alerted you, allow us: Laneway Festival is returning for its 22nd year in 2027, and it’s bringing a suitably stacked line-up to Centennial for its Sydney edition. This summer’s line-up is led by Irish post-punk favourites Fontaines D.C. and “The Hayley Williams Show”, marking the former Paramore frontwoman’s first Australian solo shows. The angsty teenage girl within us all is screaming with joy. They’ll be joined by a v impressive multi-genre line-up spanning Slayyyter, Kim Petras, MUNA, Rico Nasty, Ninajirachi and a whole lot of other artists that are likely to be household names by the time the event rolls around. Who’s headlining Laneway 2027 in Sydney?
As mentioned above, the two key headline acts are Fontaines D.C. and “The Hayley Williams Show”. Fontaines D.C. are returning to the Laneway stage for the first time in four years, and Paramore’s Hayley Williams will make her Australian solo debut with an extended headline set.
Who’s on the Laneway line-up for 2027?
Alongside Fontaines D.C. and Hayley Williams, the 2027 line-up includes Slayyyter, ADÉLA, Kim Petras, MUNA, Rachel Chinouriri, Ninajirachi, HorsegiirL, Rommulas, Danny L Harle, Daine, Jane Remover, Tiffany Day, Rico Nasty, DIIV, Automatic, Balu Brigada, Violet Grohl, Bleech 9:3, Florence Road, Gurriers, Ecca Vandal, Public Figures, Swapmeet and Trials. There'll also be sets from 1TBSP and DJ_Dave, who'll soundtrack the gaps between performances.
Is there a pre-sale for Laneway 2027?
You better believe it. The Laneway Festival pre-sale for Sydney, presented by Afterpay, opens at 10am on Wednesday, October 7 and runs for 23 hours, or until the allocation sells out. You'll need to sign up for the pre-sale to get access to first-release tickets – more on that over here.

General sale for the Sydney event kicks off at 10am AEDT on Thursday, October 8.
