Rulers of the Roost

Belle's Hot Chicken will host two collaborative chef dinners, where head chef Morgan McGlone will step out of the kitchen and invite friends and chefs to do their very own take on the fried chicken shop's specialties. Monty Koludrovic (of Icebergs and Bondi Beach Public Bar) and Shannon Martinez (of Melbourne's super vegan spot Smith and Daughters) kick off the series on August 25 and November 4 respectively, with more chefs to be announced in coming weeks. Each chef will prepare a main, side and a cocktail that imbue the Belle's vibes with their own signature flair, that will be served for one night only.
