A relaxed and less stuffy affair than Art Basel, this waterfront art fair is unmissable for all culture vultures. Unfortunately, after urging from overseas art dealers, the organisers were left with no choice but to cancel the event over fears of the unfolding virus outbreak. All is not lost though as art lovers can still admire a slew of stunning artworks online.
