Creative tourism project #ddhk (Design District Hong Kong) has put together an open-air gallery featuring a series of large-scale outdoor artworks and installations by seven artists from Hong Kong and around the world. Lining the waterfront of Wan Chai to Central, each art piece has been inspired by the rich history of the Wan Chai district and the city's unique colour palette. From inflatable archways that light up in all different colours to a colourful kinetic sculpture suspended in mid-air, the public are welcome to rest and relax at public spaces by the artworks, play with interactive installations, and immerse themselves in a vibrant, art-filled experience.
