Hau Wong Temple

Declared monument in Hong Kong with an impressive collection historical relics.

A declared monument in Hong Kong, this historic site was said to have been built around 1730  and is one of the very few temples in the city to retain a remarkable collection of relics relating to the garrison of the Kowloon Walled City. If you look closely at the walls, you might spot Chinese calligraphy and plaques that dates back to the late 17th century.
