Three bars, two bartenders, and one very special evening. As part of their ongoing International Guest Bartender series, Central drinking den Stockton (recently voted one of the best bars in Asia) will host two titans of mixing industry, namely Shingo Gokan and Zdenek Kastanek (pictured above), for one night of truly world class cocktails.
Mixology fiends should be familiar with Gokan and Kastanek. Both multiple award-winning bartenders have risen through the ranks via their superior bars, Gokan as the founder of Shanghai French Concesson speakeasy Speak Low (number 2 on Asia's 50 best Bars 2016), and Kastanek one of the key figures at Singapore's famous 28 Hongkong Street, claimed the number 1 spot on the same list this year, and has been a perennial place-getter on the list of the World's 50 best since opening its doors. They're keeping tight lipped on what they'll be serving up at Stockton, but it's sure to be an impressive affair. Don't miss it.
