Time Out says

Quinary has been welcoming people into different experiences every month with a series of pop-ups and brand collaborations. This month, the bar introduces a bitter aperitif in the market called Amaro Santoni and transforms their surroundings into a Florentine Garden to match the experience. Made in Florence, Italy, Amaro Santoni is a floral and citrus-forward liqueur crafted from a blend of 34 natural botanicals, including rhubarb, iris flower, olive leaf, rose, elderflower, ginseng, pepper, cardamom, nutmeg, artichoke, orange, among others. Think Aperol, but more complex; it's floral, nutty, not so sweet and slightly bitter, perfect for a spritz or even a Negroni. From now until September 30, order two special Amaro Santoni cocktails at the Quinary, which includes a fizzy Santoni Spritz ($140) made simply with Amaro and Prosecco, and candy-like Bomba Rosa ($160) made with Tanqueray Gin, carbonated watermelon juice, re-distilled green tea and yuzu sorbet, served with a pack of popping candy. Only Amaro Santoni cocktails are available per day, so if you're interested in trying, better order fast while it's still available. Two purchases of the limited edition cocktails entitle the guests to a free picture at the photo booth located outside the bar.
