Founded by Hong Kong-born brothers David and Daniel Gallie, Black Kite was named after the familiar bird that is often seen soaring amongst Hong Kong's skyscrapers. The brewery uses fresh ingredients sourced from all around the globe, and produces a range of classic styles that are made for easy drinking, as well as periodic specials.
