The Paris speakeasy pops up at The Ritz-Carlton

Direct from Le Marais, Mexican-inspired cocktail and taco bar Candelaria comes to Ozone this month. An instant hit when it opened in 2011, the criticaly acclaimed bar has been a permanent fixture in The World's 50 Best Bars since 2012, and Hongkongers will get to try six of bar manager Ivan Avellaneda's signatue cocktails (all $160) at this very special five-night event. Highlights include La Guepe Verte, featuring a spice-infused tequila blanco with cucumber, coriander, lime and agave syrup, and the kicky, bubbly Al Son de Labatanga, which blends mezcal, tequila blanco, Amaro Montenegro, lime and chinotto soda. Wash it all down with a selection of Mexican snacks, including tacos, tostadas, guacamole, salsa and a special chocolate dessert, prepared by Ozone's chef de cuisine Rafael Gil. The pop-up lives up to the speakeasy vibe of the Paris original, too: there's a private entrance in the hotel lobby to take you up to the top that's never been opened to the public before.
