Cassio gives life back to music with its Shake It EP Pop-Up series complete with new summer offerings
Popular Hong Kong night spot Cassio is launching a sizzling Spanish summer complete with pinchos, new tapas, and refreshing cocktails. From 5pm to 10pm every Wednesday and Thursday, enjoy an all-you-can-eat pinchos experience available for $298 per person, which includes a changing selection of 15 light bites of traditional Basque and Catalan delights such as cod brandade, prawn croqueta, chistorra, and Iberico charcuterie, and more. Complete the experience with Cassio's Summer cocktail menu, including their signature take on Brazil's national cocktail Passion Caipirinha ($108), a lager beer and tequila-based Lagerita ($108) and the refreshing Apricot Bellini ($108). You can also order a red or white Sangria jug ($220) to share with your friends.
From August 4, guests can enjoy three new tapas from the menu, including a bikini style sando filled with 40-month cured Ibérico Ham and six-month cured Manchego cheese, topped with Acipenser Baerii Caviar and edible gold.
Cassio is also bringing an eclectic line-up of DJs representing different dance music styles alongside special back to back bar shifts from top guest mixologists for the launch of their new Shake It EP Pop-Up series. Take a trip to the South of France in the 70s with music from DJ Rork and special drinks from renowned mixologist Alexandre Chatte on July 29. Lose yourself in 80s Tokyo on August 19, with DJ JayMe (aka the Disco Doctor) and sip on drinks crafted by The Ritz London's former mixologist Alberto Aldave. On September 9, DJ Johnny Hiller will revive the euphoric era of 90s British raves while guests enjoy special drinks crafted by London Essence' brand ambassador Natalie Lau.
