Local gin Two Moons recently earned the title of Hong Kong’s first gin to win a silver medal at the respected World Gin Awards 2020. To celebrate the recognition, the brand has teamed up with Doubleshot by Cupping Room to serve up a gin cocktail menu from June 8 to 24. Hit up the bar to explore three signature Two Moons gin cocktails crafted by Doubleshot head bartender Jade Lau. The menu includes a peach-forward G&T called Two Moons Tonic ($108), the fruity apricot-based Luna ($118), and our favourite from the list, the Negroni Sbagliato twist, Apollo Negroni ($128).
For those who want to meet the founders of Two Moons distillery, drop by the bar on June 24 to catch the bar takeover party. Bartender Lau and Two Moons founders Ivan Chang and Dimple Yuen will be mixing up gin tipples all night long.
