EcoSpirits, The Pontiac, and Katsumoto Sando collaborate for a special sustainable food and drink menu this September. Catch Katsumoto Sando's TiNDLE 'KFT' Fried Karaage or TiNDLE Tsukune Slider paired with a Plantation Pineapple rum-based cocktail crafted by The Pontiac's talented bartenders on September 4 and 5 (3pm to 6pm). The pairing menu is available at $100. Cocktails served for the two-day pop-up use ecoSpirits' low-waste spirits technology and will help plant native trees in the Sumatran rainforest in Indonesia – under The Pontiac's name – as part of ecoSpirits' reforestation programme. And by switching from traditional resource-intensive chicken, Katsumoto Sando's use of TiNDLE’s, chicken made from plants, will help reduce greenhouse gases and conserve water for the planet in the long run.
