Time Out says

A festival that’s all about gin

Ginsanity is a low-key, free-to-enter festival shining a spotlight on boutique gins from around the world. Those run the gamut from Japanese brand Roku to Hamburg-based distillery Gin Sul and Iceland’s Vor Distillery. There will even be a couple of local brands on hand, including Handover Gin and Bauhinia Gin. You can sample different styles, knock back copious G&Ts (only $65 apiece) and even bring home your favourite bottles.  Beyond the botanicals, the festival will have live entertainment, food from Sausage Commitment and Three Blind Mice, and craft beers from Black Kite to cleanse the palate, as it were. Bonus: Ginsanity is going green. There will be no single-use plastic cups; just aluminium tumblers (on sale for $20, but you can bring your own vessel, too). HK Recycles will also manage food waste, and the festival is going cashless. Good deal.
