Time Out says

After a successful pop-up at Sake Central last May, Ki No Bi moves to tea-focused bar Tell Camellia for the Ki No Bi Torii pop-up. From now until August 2, Tell Camellia transforms into a tranquil Kyoto teahouse, bringing together tea and gin experiences with a series of special tea-tails on the menu and tea cocktail workshops every Saturday.

Four limited edition tea cocktails ($120/serving), crafted by Tell Camellia’s co-founder Gagan Gurung, will be available on the menu, and gin and tonic lovers can also try a special mini-size gin and tonic tasting flight made with Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin, Ki No Tea, and Ki No Bi Sei. To complement the drinks, Tell Camellia is partnering with Katsumoto Sando Bar for the whole month of July for a sando brunch menu, featuring three sando options – Karaage Chicken Sando ($50), A5 Wagyu Sando ($50) and OmniPork Sando ($70), which will be available every Sunday, from 11am to 2pm.

Those who want to learn more about crafting cocktails with tea and Ki No Bi gin can participate in the Tea and Ki No Tea workshops every Saturday until July 31, from 4pm to 6pm. Available at $550 per head, guests will receive a welcome cocktail, three teas tasting, Ki No Bi 6 element tasting, and craft two glasses of cocktails with the help of Tell Camellia tea connoisseurs. You can book the workshop by emailing Tell Camellia at info@tellcamellia.com.
