Time Out says

Bearing a name that’s a nod to the sci-fi franchise The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Mostly Harmless is a special drinking hole founded by seasoned bartender Ezra Star. They don’t have a menu – instead, their offerings are scribbled onto white tiles to choose from, mostly made from local ingredients and produce. Mostly’s bartenders also often play around with flavour profiles, getting creative with drinks in a way that’s not often seen in the city. The two-storey bar is minimalist and monochrome, with an effortlessly cool, edgy air – a great neighbourhood bar.
