N.I.P Distilling

The first licenced craft gin distillery in Hong Kong by co-founders Nick and Jeremy, pay a visit to try their N.I.P. gin, distilled in a copper pot-column distillation system custom made in Germany with a whopping 220L capacity pot right in the heart of Quarry Bay.  The distillery is well worth a visit, to marvel at its state-of-the-art setup and to try their N.I.P. Gin, created using over 20 different botanicals that pay tribute to Hong Kong heritage.
