Time Out says

Globally renowned New York bartender and Please Don’t Tell owner Jeff Bell has arrived in Hong Kong for a special four-day guest shift at their Hong Kong outpost in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental. Running from March 3 to 6, the industry veteran and spirits expert has collaborated with PDT HK’s head bartender Daniel Valencia to create eight special cocktails for patrons to enjoy. Drinks include the New York branch’s beloved refreshing Mezcal Mule ($198), the sweet Paddington ($162), and the boozy Benton’s Old Fashioned ($178). Our personal favourites including some of Jeff’s newest creations such as the perfectly layered Green Mamba ($198), made with tequila, mezcal, lime, habanero, celery, tomatillo, cilantro, and a dash of salt; the punchy Suntory Time Machine ($198), mixing Suntory Toki whisky with Tamagawa Time Machine sake, lemon, maple syrup, pecan bitters, and figs preserves; as well as the highball Tio Tónico ($162), made with gin, tequila, lime, lime leaf, passion fruit, and tonic water.

On top of serving his signature cocktails, Jeff is also hosting a masterclass ($498) on Sunday, March 5, from 4.30pm to 6pm, where he’ll share some of his insights, expertise, and the stories and inspiration behind his latest concoctions. Of course, there  will be a tasting session so be prepared for some seriously good cocktails you can learn to make yourself.
