Styled after its namesake in The Langham, London – where English afternoon tea has been served since 1865 – Hong Kong’s Palm Court a bespoke afternoon tea menu with moreish sweet confections and savoury pastries.
They’ve also recently unveiled a new concept in the Palm Court Bar, where head mixologist Hinata Chang crafts creative cocktails and there are over 350 gin varieties on the menu. Try their gin-based cocktails such as the Paloma-like Poetic Arancia, the fruity Amber Spritz, and the spicy, herbal Fiery Cat. Aside from their bar snacks, the best way to enjoy drinks here is with Palm Court’s live music nights, which run from 7.30pm to 11.30pm, every Wednesday to Friday.
