Star-studded Shingo Gokan has many accolades under his belt. He won the Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition in 2012, was invited to the American Bar and Beaufort Bar at the Savoy Hotel in London, as their first guest bartender in 120 years of history and is the founder of Speak Low in Shanghai. Speak Low is currently ranked second on Asia's 50 Best Bars and 15th on the World's 50 Best Bars lists.
He'll be behind the stick at the Four Season's Blue Bar for three nights only, serving four drinks including the Bergamoni - a blend of Bombay Sapphire gin, Earl Grey, mastiha, grapefruit and tonic and the Piña Colada 2.0 made up of Bacardí Carta Blanca, pineapple, coconut and champagne vinegar.
