Iconic Hong Kong cocktails!
We like to stare at our city’s most eye-catching landmarks but when do we actually get a chance to drink them? Probably never. Until now, that is. The Sky Lounge at Tsim Sha Tsui’s Sheraton Hong Kong hotel has just unveiled four new cocktails that are based on some of our SAR’s most legendary locations. The ‘Iconic Hong Kong’ tipples are each prepared with The Balvenie single malt Scotch whisky and are available to cocktail connoisseurs now.
Savour the Clock Tower, that’s based on the tall timepiece next to the harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui and comes with Balvenie 12 years, balsamic vinegar and strawberry flavours. Dive into the Victoria Harbour, which boasts the toffee-like and tropical fruit-esque Balvenie 14 years alongside lemon juice and peach bitters. Let the Peak Tower get you up on cloud nine with its martini glass that symbolises the structure and its Balvenie 12 years, caramel and chocolate bitters. Soar to the sky with the Central Plaza that is warmed and comes with a cinnamon stick resembling the building’s height alongside Balvenie 14 years, cloves and honey.
The new cocktails are launched at the same time as top-floor Sky Lounge’s ‘Cheese and Wine Tuesdays’, which feature a bespoke collection of fine cheeses alongside free-flow premium wines every Tuesday between 7pm and 9pm.
