Time Out says

The Pearl is a 70-seat restaurant and bar located on the fourth floor of Attitude Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui (the venue takes up the old spot of the Urban bar) which offers Japanese-Italian fusion cuisine and drinks, art and shisha. The resto-bar is the brainchild of its co-owner, artist and interior designer Rolland Cheung, whose artworks are seen all over the venue, from hand-made resin art pieces and the dining tables. Meanwhile, a relaxing outdoor lounge complements the whole space and is perfect for sipping cocktails or for enjoying shisha. For food, crowd-pleasing dishes such as the linguine with Japanese uni, abalone angel hair, and mussels with leek in a spicy inferno soup are sure to delight. Wash it down with a rum-based cocktail, The Creation of Adam ($128), made with pineapple, apricot liqueur, and lemon juice, or go for a more potent drink Orange Gem ($148) made with Laphroaig 10 YO, Aperol, Dolin Vermouth, orange bitters, garnished with smoked pancetta.
