The Sanctum

Another addition to the ever-growing number of cocktail bars in Central is The Sanctum, located on Stanley Street. The bar's cocktail menu draws inspiration from the legends of ancient Greek mythology. Among the offerings is Ether's Envoy, a tribute to the Olympian deity Hermes, who is known as the herald of the gods. Served in a coupette, this drink is crafted with a blend of whisky, Cognac, verjus, saline solution, and sage essence. Additionally, the bar occasionally features live music and DJ sets.
