Proudly standing as one of Hong Kong’s few local distilleries, Two Moons produces some mighty fine gin using their beautiful still – named Luna, in line with the company name – made with 12 botanicals from around the world that give it a distinct flavour us Hongkongers are proud of. Their Chai Wan distillery is open to the public, and they offer tours for groups, in which they talk visitors through the distillation process, give an introduction to the botanicals they use in the gin, and give gin tastings.
