One of Hong Kong’s most popular craft breweries, Young Master Ales has been concocting unique beers since 2013 – the brewery is known for utilising local ingredients like chrysanthemum and chenpei to help spice up its bevvies. You can see where the magic happens by joining one of the semi-regular Saturday brewery tours ($100).
