Back making headlines and dividing audience opinion thanks to the new season of Twin Peaks, director David Lynch is getting a timely retrospective at the Palace IFC and Broadway Cinematheque starting later this month.

Over the course of several weeks the Central and Yau Ma Tei cinemas are showing Lynch’s entire filmography, with the exception of his adaptation of the sci-fi classic Dune. Lynchophiles shouldn’t be disappointed, however, as well as established classics like Mulholland Drive (pictured) and Blue Velvet, there are plenty of more obscure goodies to savour including the director’s short films, Twin Peaks: The Missing Pieces and documentary Blue Velvet Revisited.

Tickets have just gone on sale and are already going fast, so be sure to book early if you wish to see your favourites on the big screen.
