Beef Wellington. It's pretty good. It's hearty, it's meaty, it's tasty. But lobster wellington? The pictures that have just dropped in our inbox make it look tasty but there's just something about the concept that's collectively freaked our office out.

Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen is the offender serving up this "special" dish throughout June. Serving two for $458, the Wellington is basically Boston lobster wrapped in pastry (rich, much?). Oh wait, sorry, we forgot to casually mention it's served with plankton risotto. Yep, that stuff whales eat. We've tried it. It's bright green, briny and — you read it here first — the next big hipster superfood trend that'll be the new reason Millennials can't afford their own home.

We might be wrong. It might be delicious. But we're not sure we want to find out.
