To all dinosaur fans: do you want a real Tyrannosaurus rex fossil skull sitting on your mantlepiece? Well, now you can, as long as you have a spare US$1.5 million in your wallet. Leading Asian online marketplace for luxury products and experiences, Luxify, has teamed up with American commercial paleontological company Theropoda Expeditions and they're both selling one of the most complete and best quality T-rex skulls in existence. The unique fossil skull is nicknamed 'Rees Rex' and it was discovered in the Hell Creek Formation, Montana, USA, in the spring of last year. Luxify later acquired it and now wants it to go to a good home in Hong Kong or another Asian country in the coming weeks.
A spokesman says: "The fossil is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The price is no less than US$1.5 million. We will provide information for any serious buyers."
