From silent films of the 1910s to martial art classic from the 1970s, this weekend-long programme will lead its audience into experiencing and understanding the importance of film restoration in the world of cinema. For film fanatics, a seminar will be held on October 5 by film restoration experts from both Hong Kong and Taiwan, where they will exchange their experiences, prompt discussion and look into the furture of the film preservation culture.
