At the Gates

A progenitor of Gothunberg-style melodic death metal, At the Gates have been shredding it up almost 30 years (with a 10 year hiatus in there). The bands reformation prompted such a positive response that they will be releasing a new album, To Drink from the Night Itself in mid May so expect choice tracks from that as well a run through their excellent back catalogue.
