The Hong Kong Arts Festival has commissioned a programme of works inspired by our city from Hong Kong’s leading compositional voices. Professor Chan Hing-yan of HKU as well as three rising Hong Kong composers, Phoebus Lee, Charles Kwong and Daniel Lo, celebrate the fragrant harbour with a programme of multi-arts performances.
