As essential a component of the magic surrounding the Studio Ghibli films as director Hayao Miyazaki, Joe Hisaishi ranks as one of the greatest living movie composers. It's been eight years since Hisaishi's first and only concert in Hong Kong so his return to the city is a very welcome one indeed.
