The dinner is available for $768 per person and will include a salmon tartare, horseradish, smoked herring caviar, rocket salad and wasabi cream as a starter dish; griddle-grilled scallops, squid ink risotto, Bellota chorizo, confit lemon, and orange for the first main course; roasted lamb fillet with thyme and garlic, eggplant, corn, black olive, and red wine jus for the second main course; and a cheese platter to end the meal.
