Agnès b. Café has just launched a new lineup of desserts to satisfy sweet-toothed Hongkongers across the city. The new desserts are modern takes on French patisserie classics, and come in the form of cakes and dessert cups made with refreshing ingredients for summer.

There is a roster of new cakes, including the decadent Paris Brest with pistachio cream, raspberry, choux pastry, and puff pastry for a fruity, nutty, crumbly bite for dessert lovers. Also, try the Julie, which is made with pear, caramel, chiffon sponge, and fresh cream; the Macha, made with matcha cream and sponge, and chestnut puree; or the cheesecake with crispy crumble, to name just a few. Whole cakes are available and come in four-inch ($280), five-and-a-half-inch ($490), and seven-inch ($600) sizes. A small number of cakes can also be enjoyed by the slice for $58.

Marie mini cake

If you're after something a bit more petit, then go for one of the infinitely instagrammable mini cakes ($48) such as the Marie, crafted with caramel, choux pastry, puff pastry, and mascarpone cream. Finally, for those who want a tidily contained treat, the dessert cups may well be just right for you. Get stuck into either the caramel pudding, chocolate mousse, or calamansi cream cheese; you deserve it. You can get these treats and more at any of the ten branches of Agnès b. Café from TST to Central, and Causeway Bay to Tseung Kwan O.
