Mark your diaries cookie monsters, local dessert brand Baked Indulgence is coming to IFC for a six-month-long cookie pop-up! Famous for incorporating unique and modern flavours into their cookie creations, Baked Indulgence will be bringing a wide selection of their soft, chewy, and freshly-baked cookies to the store. Visitors can sink their teeth into popular flavours such as red velvet Nutella, hojicha, walnut, and matcha, and look forward to special cookies like strawberry cheesecake, pandan, and Hong Kong-style milk tea. Vegan cookies will also be available.
What’s more, Baked Indulgence has also whipped up a Mid-Autumn Festival CookieMoon collection ($258-$298) for those who are feeling a little bit more festive. There are six tempting flavours for you to choose from including Dahongpao, a dark oolong tea, Longjing yuzu, custard, sesame ginger, classic, and dark chocolate and walnut. All packaged inside an elegant gift box designed by local artist Shannon Yeung, this cookie set will surely impress your friends and family this season.
To celebrate their grand opening on August 28, Baked Indulgence will be dishing out free milk tea or panda-flavoured cookies (one per customer) for the first 36 customers – so trust us when we say that it is worth marking your diaries. Limited-edition flavours will be released throughout the pop-up period, so keep an eye on their Instagram for the latest updates.
