Even after three sell-out shows in Hong Kong to kick off 2026, Blackpink is not done with being in our area – at least, one of them isn’t. The band’s main rapper Jennie will be returning to the city this March to headline ComplexCon Hong Kong 2026, so for Blinks who simply cannot get enough, here’s another chance to see your bias.

Jennie rose to fame in 2016 as part of the South Korean K-pop girl group Blackpink, alongside members Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa. Blackpink gained serious traction with chart-toppers like ‘Boombayah’, ‘Ddu-Du Ddu-Du’, ‘Kill This Love’, and ‘How You Like That’, paving the way for Jennie’s solo debut in November 2018 with the single ‘Solo’. More award-winning songs followed, like ‘You & Me’ and ‘One of the Girls’, leading to her debut full-length solo album Ruby in 2025, featuring the number-one hit ‘Like Jennie’.

Jennie has performed in Hong Kong before with Blackpink, most recently in 2023 as part of the Born Pink World Tour. She also has three shows slated this week in Hong Kong at Kai Tak Stadium for Blackpink’s Deadline World Tour, but her appearance at ComplexCon Hong Kong 2026 on Sunday, March 22, will mark her solo headlining debut in the city.

Alongside Jennie, American rapper Yeat will take the stage on Saturday, March 21, as the day’s headliner, following a successful appearance at ComplexCon Las Vegas in October. Yeat is best known for his experimental trap sound, thumping basslines, and rage beats, and is rapidly making a name for himself as a rising star in rap with tracks like ‘Get Busy’, ‘Money So Big’, ‘IDGAF’ with Drake, and ‘Rich Minion’. His most recent album Lyfestyle debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. ComplexCon Hong Kong 2026 will not only be his first show in Hong Kong but also his first announced show in Asia.

ComplexCon returns to Hong Kong after successful editions in 2024 and 2025, which had artists such as 21 Savage, Metro Boomin, Zico, Quavo, and NJZ as headliners. Labubu creator Kasing Lung has been appointed as the artistic director of ComplexCon Hong Kong 2026, so expect to see his illustrations around town and at the event. Much like the previous years, attendees can experience music, pop culture, fashion, art, and food at the festival, with opportunities to encounter a great number of brands and creators.

More information on the full lineup and event programming will be released soon on complexconhk.com. In the meantime, set a reminder for Tuesday, February 3 – that’s when public sales for tickets go live on Klook and Trip.com.
