Inspired by the quirky fact that Hello Kitty is only five apples-tall and as heavy as three apples, KTB features sweet, crisp red apples caviar flavours, and Tanqueray gin – which is packed with flavours of summer-fruitiness from lychee and lemon, a dash of Rémy Martin VSOP for extra depth and frothy Kyoho grape tea to top it off.
Indulge in the spiked version of your childhood favourite milk cartons with the PawPaw Milkshake ($148). Inspired by Hello Kitty’s “House of Happiness” – yeah, that’s what she calls her house, this silky-smooth concoction is served in a milk carton-shaped vessel and made up of house-redistilled sesame gin, mango papaya milk, cream, egg white and rose, and topped with salted cream cheese foam.
