Celebrity chef and television personality Anthony Bourdain has been found dead at age 61. One of the most well-known names in the food industry, Bourdain rose to prominence with his book Kitchen Confidential, which detailed life behind the stoves in the cut-throat New York restaurant business. Bourdain took his love for food around the world with a series of popular television shows, including No Reservations and CNN's Parts Unknown, for which he was recently in Hong Kong for.

Bourdain travelled to this city multiple times over the course of his prolific career, visiting notable establishments such as Tung Po, Yung Kee and, most recently, Happy Paradise. His gift for storytelling and his passion for food will be sorely missed.
