Classic Hong Kong ice cream brand Appolo launches pop-up store

Hot on the heels of Kowloon Dairy’s first-ever pop-up store in Central, local ice cream brand Appolo is hopping on the bandwagon with a pop-up of its own at Prince Edward’s Pioneer Centre Shopping Arcade. From now until August 31, you can stick your spoon in a wide variety of frozen treats (low fat and low cal, if you care) including an exclusive strawberry flavoured frozen yoghurt – made with the actual fruit – and limited edition chocolate hazelnut ice cream.

Get nostalgic and walk down memory lane amid all the retro decor and panelling – and food for your camera – as well as more than 200 memorabilia like retro Appolo ice cream packaging and discontinued popsicles. Other fun stuff worth checking out includes the old school claw machine filled with ice cream-shaped soft toys.
