Gorge yourself on these briny delights

Ah, oysters – our favourite slippery, briny molluscs! If you’re anything like us and are the type to make a beeline for the seafood station any time you’re at a buffet meal, then Cruise Restaurant & Bar has the perfect feast for you.
This rooftop restaurant at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong has brought back its free-flow oyster menu for the third year, featuring new starters and mains alongside the star of the show, all-you-can-eat freshly shucked oysters. ‘Oyster Celebration 3.0’ allows guests to feast through unlimited servings of Huîtres Hervé Fine N°3 Oysters from southwestern France, which honestly already seals the deal for us.
Cruise takes things further by also offering starters like crispy oyster nest with tom yum mayo and Oscietra caviar, oyster consommé with morels and cordyceps, and poached oyster and century egg salad with mala spicy dressing. As if these shuckingly abundant dishes aren’t enough, this revamped menu also comes with a choice of mains, with options such as typhoon shelter-style soft-shell crab, yuzu miso tiger prawns, acorn-fed grilled Iberico pork jowl, and more.
Enjoy Cruise’s oyster feast exclusively on Mondays from 5pm to 11pm. The special menu is priced at $468 per person, inclusive of 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat oysters. Free-flow prosecco, wines, and beer can also be added for $158 per person.
