Opening up in Langham Place this December, the popular egg-themed restaurant Tamago-en is flying fresh out of its nest from Singapore to Hong Kong for the very first time. In case it isn't obvious enough already, everything at Tamago-en is about... yup, you've guessed it – eggs! More precisely, freshly imported eggs all the way from Okinawa.

No menu has been revealed yet, but we can expect it to be similar to the Singapore branch with crowd favourites such as the 5-kind Japanese Omelette Skewer, omurice, egg benedict sets and the Ultimate TKG, a cloud egg rice dish served with different condiments and toppings. Rumoured to open up shop later on in December, watch this space for more updates coming your way!
