Another day, yet another overseas food invasion. This time around, we're saying hello to Isaac Toast. In case you've never heard of these guys before, Isaac Toast is arguably one of South Korea's most famous breakfast-cum-sandwich chains. Come rain or shine, you're bound to see a long line of tourists queuing up to grab a bite.

Of course, with us Hongkongers being completely spoiled with a scrumptious array of international eats right at our doorstep, Isaac Toast comes fully prepared with three brand new flavours available in Hong Kong only – the (loosely translated) Hot Melted Cheese Toast, the Super Toast 2.0 and the SBS Inkigayo Toast, a toasted sandwich filled with crab stick and egg salad, coleslaw, Korean mayo and strawberry jam (wait, what?)

With something already so well established joining Hong Kong's food scene, we can't help but wonder whether or not it can live up to its hype. We've had mixed reviews about it here at the Time Out office, but it's only fair that we let you be the judge. Word on the street tells that the store will open on Christmas Eve in New Town Plaza, so be sure to pay the store a visit and tell us what you think!

Address: Store A311, New Town Plaza Phase III, 2 Sha Tin Centre Street, Sha Tin; 3188 1741
