Hong Kong’s hottest chilli dumpling eating contest returns

Are you ready for the spiciest night of your life? Cranking up the spice-o-meter this fall, Sichuan restaurant Chilli Fagara returns with their infamous Chilli Dumpling Eating Competition on November 20.

Inviting all chilli lovers to a night of dumpling madness, this (literal) heated battle will pit contestants against each other in a series of three-minute rounds, where they will have to stuff their guts with as many spicy dumplings as possible. The winners from each round will then go head-to-head in the grand final and fight for jaw-dropping prizes including a trip for two to Chengdu, an Apple Watch (sponsored by Anson Realty (HK) Limited), dining vouchers valued up to $1,500 provided by Deliveroo Hong Kong Limited and wine bottles valued over $600, sponsored by Sarment Wine Limited.

Specially whipped up by the coveted chefs at Chilli Fagara, each of these fiery meat-filled parcels will be completely drenched in the spiciest of Sichuan chilli oil, an oil so spicy that it will have you sweating in all the wrong places.
