Beloved Parisian steakhouse La Vache! has opened its largest Hong Kong location at Exchange Square. While we will all miss the lively and inclusive atmosphere Liberty Exchange offered during its 15 years of operation, Black Sheep Restaurant’s staple bistro promises to provide a sophisticated yet cosy hangout for city dwellers in the area.

La Vache!’s latest spot in Central serves the same no-fuss Aujourd’hui menu, where diners are greeted with a basket of freshly baked baguette and a crisp salad upon arrival, followed by servings of USDA prime ribeye and unlimited golden frites.

The Exchange Square branch brings back one of Central’s most popular watering holes: a dedicated bar stretching along La Vache!’s storefront. While you’re sipping on a glass of red with coworkers, friends, or a date, peruse the bar menu for a selection of location-specific hearty snacks. The Burger Maison elevates your normal cheeseburger with fresh brioche, caramelised onions, and melted raclette, while the La Vache! steak sandwich layers USDA aged ribeye with caramelised onions and horseradish crème on a crispy baguette.

As the largest La Vache! in Hong Kong, the Exchange Square location is designed for group gatherings that stretch well into the night. Apart from bigger tables in the main dining room, diners can also take their celebrations into one of two private dining rooms for a cosier and merrier time.

La Vache! is now open at Shop 103, Two Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central. Make a reservation at sevenrooms.com/explore/lavacheexchangesquare.
