An exciting newcomer to Causeway Bay's restaurant scene, Moon Yue is a refined Chinese restaurant located on the 28th floor of the Cubus complex in Causeway Bay. This new, elegantly decked out location presents high-quality traditional Chinese favourites with a modern, pan-Asian twist. If that's not enough, diners can also enjoy great views of the city along with their food, thanks to the restaurant's location at the top of the skyscraper.

Signature Lobster

The kitchen's specialities include the signature Moon Yue Lobster ($1,188), which sees the prized crustacean both fried with salted egg yolk, and stir-fried with milk in the traditional Shunde style. For those who want something slightly less meaty, the braised winter melon with preserved vegetables in soy sauce ($158) is a vegetarian version of braised pork with preserved vegetables in soy sauce, replacing pork with winter melon to help diners to cool down in the hot summer weather. Seafood lovers will appreciate the fiery assorted seafood ($388), which includes scallops, abalone, squid, grouper, and more, flamed with Cognac upon serving to make for an appetising table-side spectacle. As for rice dishes, the stewed pearl rice with matsutake mushroom and abalone sauce ($98 per person, minimum for two) is topped with abalone for a touch of decadence.

Fiery Assorted Seafood

Enjoy these dishes and many more, accompanied by cocktails shaken up by mixologists at the in-house Long Bar. For those who want to keep things fizzy, four hours of free-flowing Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut Champagne is just an extra $288 per person from 6pm to 10pm, on special offer until August 31, 2020.

Lunch and dinner services can be enjoyed at Moon Yue, with the lunch set menus ranging from $128 to $188 per person, while dinner sets range from $588 to $888 for eight courses or $388 for the six-course menu.
