New Laserbar desserts at Honbo

The popular burger bar introduces an icy, chocolatey treat for summer

Honbo has launched a range of Laserbars – handmade frozen ganache bars – in two enticing flavours: double chocolate, which is made with velvety mousse dipped in dark chocolate and topped with chocolate pop rocks; and strawberry cheesecake, made with decadent strawberry jam core cheesecake, graham cracker bits and adorned with dried strawberry crispies. 

These new frozen bars are currently available for $48 at Honbo’s new BaseHall location, and will launch at the Wanchai, Central and Tsuen Wan outlets on July 4 – just in time for International Chocolate Day on July 7.
