One Ok Rock are coming to Hong Kong

Japanese rock band One Ok Rock has just announced that it will be returning to Hong Kong in the early summer which was to promote their latest album Eye of the Storm, released in February 2019. Performing at the Asia World- Expo Arena, the concert is part of the band’s larger Asian tour.

Formed in 2005, the band has garnered a cult following, creating music for lovers of alternative rock, pop rock and hard rock. One Ok Rock gained international recognition with their 2015 album 35xxxv after which the group started touring internationally. Since then they have collaborated with pop punk queen Avril Lavigne, toured North America with the pop band 5 Seconds of Summer and have also been the supporting act for the Asian leg of Ed Sheeran’s Divide tour. Artistically, they draw their influences from bands like Linkin Park and the Foo Fighters. By Ananta Agarwal
